The stay was quite good, the positive things were much more. Good location and helpful staff. However I was allocated a room in the middle floor which is not accessible for wheel chairs which is not suitable for stroller. I had already submitted a request to have a crib for my little son who is one year old and they claim that they did not get the request. Please fix your system, thanks for the staff for finding a solution.

Well located, 2 mins by walk to the closest tube

The hotel is very clean and functional, very well located and close to the tube, there are a coffee shop and a Lidl 3 mins by walk which is very convenient. Just a couple of restaurants in proximity. The only down side, the room temperature is TOO HOT, I didn’t sleep well as I couldn’t fix the temperature in the room.

I stayed at the hotel for five nights, and the location was excellent, allowing me to access public transport around the clock. The staff at check-in were welcoming, and the room exceeded my expectations in size. There was plenty of storage space, which was a nice surprise. However, I was initially confused about the toilet's location as it wasn’t in the bathroom, which caught me off guard. The small kitchen was a great addition and very convenient. The major downside was the internet speed—it was painfully slow. To make matters worse, my phone network signal was also weak inside the room. This was disappointing, especially considering the hotel's central location. I’ve stayed in places on the outskirts and never faced such connectivity issues. The breakfast was average. As an early riser, I expected all the dishes to be available, but I noticed some items were missing when I arrived. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
