The hotel left a positive impression overall. The room was spacious and cozy, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the quiet atmosphere made for a restful stay. However, there were a couple of disappointing issues — the refrigerator in the room wasn't working, and the air conditioning had some problems, which caused a bit of discomfort.

The serene ambience of our hotel is something we take great pride in, and we are delighted that you experienced a restful stay. However, we are concerned to hear about the issues you faced with the refrigerator and air conditioning in your suite. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this caused you. We also regret that the curtain in your room was not in pristine condition and that you noticed stains on the bathroom faucet. We hold cleanliness to a high standard, and it appears we fell short in this instance. In general, the hotel was good. Comfortable mattress. The room was clean. And the location is excellent. I have a few comments: The bathrooms need to be cleaned with a cleaning like bleach because there were visible paint stains in the toilets. Also, there were a few leaks from the shower head pipe.

Poor consideration of the customer!!

Nothing to say about the room itself which was large and well equipped. The problem is rather the relation with the customers: as noted in my online registration I arrived before 12.00 i.e. around 9.30 and asked if it would be possible to get an early check-in as my All gold status foresees. I was told that no room was ready yet which at 9.30 I can understand and thus decided to work a bit in the lobby. Around 11.00 I checked again but the situation was unchanged... when I said I was a bit surprised that no early check-out occurred on a Friday reception agent told me that she knows about my gold status and it is the hotel's priority to get a room ready for me... ok, I worked a bit more... At 12.00 I asked again but still no room was ready... which I could simply not believe. Indeed, I doubt that no guests at all checked out early on a Friday morning and honestly, it doesn't take them hours to clean a room! So, I left my luggage with reception and left for what I had to do in Vienna. When I came back around 16.30 a room was ready and I must recognise that they upgraded me as foreseen by the All loyalty programme. The evening and night went well and I had a comfortable stay. On Saturday morning, when I checked out around 7.30 (early check-outs definitely exist!) and since I had not used my welcome drink I asked whether, instead of drink, I could have a small pack of Viennese Manner waffles that I had seen in the bar while waiting for a room on previous day for my onwards journey. The same reception agent told me "Sorry, only soft drinks can be offered"... I just left the hotel without even trying to explain that I know the rule but was rather surprised that the hotel is so mean that they don't want to make any exception most likely because the waffles were sold around 1 € (selling price, purchasing price is of course lower especially when one can get 4 same packs for the price of 1 at the supermarket!) more than the soft drinks!!! My conclusion is really that this hotel just doesn't care about their most loyal customers which is a realy pity especially when there are so many other hotels in Vienna!!!

Well located - just 100m from Metro Station, Value for Money, Not satisfied with cleanliness of the room, No acceptance for 5 guests in 1 room even there was enough space.

Good location in the city with expensive garage option

The hotel is well located, but the garage space, which costs almost 30€, is expensive. Parking on the street is possible only at the weekend time but it is not easy to find a free space. The shared spaces on the corridor are not really clean. It was dirty in the lift and on the floor. Room (Business suites) was ok but there is a strange solution for a bathroom and toilet. Even if well equipped with a bath and shower with a separate toilet it is like a plastic capsule, known rather from the old Ibis Budget quality or motorhomes and just bigger. Breakfest is ok but the offer of welcome drinks is poor. The guy was even now able to offer mohito virgin for my daughter and only Sprite or Cola etc. I was asked to bring back to the bar the glass after I finish the white wine in my room... The average value / quality rate is low, especially if You add the garage cost. And Accor changed the welcome drinks rules without any notice in advance and You will get it only for one room where fewer people stay! Not worth booking for the bigger group and better to find a higher price/quality deal out of the Accor offer.
