We enjoyed our stay in the hotel because of the excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, good location and very diligent staff constantly taking care that service is in the best order. The only thing which didn't turn out so well was the TV in children's room. It wasn't working at all from the beginning and we have been informed that technician will com after we leave. It wasn't a huge problem, and we are aware that technical issues can't be totally avoided, but I think that in such situation hotel could offer something for compensation, so the guest feels that the hotel takes care that everything what was included in the price is guaranteed or should be compensated at least to some extent.

wonderful position for a comfee Hotel

Overall very good experience. Position is 200 mt away from metro station line U1 which brings You to city center in 20 minutes. 1 stop away from train line going in 25 minutes to the Airport. Rooms are very comfortable and new. Breakfast amazing. During the week end quite busy, needs some more space in order to avoid queuing after 9 am.

There were 2 disappointments: 1) We have booked B&B, but both mornings we had long explanations with ladies in restaurant, because we were not in their systems, they wanted to charge us. It was so annoying these "fights" both mornings! Why this was not solved on the first morning? Why this situation happened? 2) sound isolation - door clapping and loudiness in the hall were ruining our sleep in the morning.
