Acceptable price, location next to U-bahn, very spacious and thought-out rooms, helpful staff. But harware product needs upgrade (stuffiness in reception area, one of two elevators was broken during all stay, rooms and furniture need deep cleaning to refresh, not all suits have microwaves, air conditioner weak in some suites).

Everything as expected. Breakfast buffet a bit crowded. Hotel does not respons to mails sent to them.

The check in at the hotel was seamless due to completion of check in online. The staff at the reception were kind and Cooperative. The rooms were spacious and well assorted. The location was good near to metro, grocery store, cafes and restaurants. Will stay here again.

I have more then 10 years experience with Accor hotels and this was one of the first times I was disappointed. The key issue was broken elevator that - I am not able to accept situation that waiting time for the elevator was extremely long. Single elevator shared with housekeeping staff resulted in multiple time when elevator was full and we had to wait again and again. There is no excuse that you are waiting for spare parts, etc. This kind of issue have to be resolved quickly! The other thing is that in spite of every day cleaning, there was a bad smell in the toilet and lack of refilling toiletries. Are you sure that room fridge should not produce a cool air inside it? Hotel information should give details about parking place - I had to fold the mirrors in the car to pass the gate (and that was unexpected).
