We stayed in a comfort room which was large and well appointed however the bathroom was the smallest I have encountered and for the price it was disappointing. Overall the room was comfortable and quiet as it was a high floor. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The location is excellent, right in the centre near Marienplatz and the train station is a few minutes walk away. We have stayed here everytime we come to Munich and will do so again. HIghly recommend.

We had such a great trip and the hotel was in such a great location. Our only struggle was figuring out the lights. We didn’t realize you had to put the key in a slot initially to turn them on. Other than that we had a fantastic time.

I have had a very bad service and a very disappointed room. As a silver member I was treated very poorly and given the worst room in the hotel. The room was dirty, loud, towels were all dirty and outdated. Service was unexceptionable. I always like Mercure and have as my first choice hotel when I travel. Now I need to think twice
