We enjoyed the location and the city view of the room. The dinner we had in the restaurant was good too. The waiter was particularly friendly and helpful. Check-in wasn't great, as it took 45 minutes from arrival to receiving our key due to a shift change and just a slow process checking in people in front of us.

My stay at the hotel was for business purposes so I needed a taxi many times and the hotel personel was always more than happy to assist in calling one for me so I could be on time for my appointments..

Very polite personnel. Well located. I had a center view room - it was cool. Nice picture, no noise. Slight smoke smell in the room. Absolutely not annoying but it can be recognized when you came in from the outside. Breakfast normal. But it was the same during whole 5 days. To get a tea pot just go to reception and ask during check in.

Comfortable beds, relaxing and spacious shower, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast buffet. Very close to the city centre and public transportation. No noise during the night. Overall a very good experience.
