very disappointing and over priced

The room was so cold I had to ask for two extra duvets , Whilst at reception two other people also complained about the same problem. The TV did not work , The light in the lamp above the desk was missing , At breakfast there were no bowls for cereal / fruit and the staff could not find any . The shower was dirty .

Excellent stay. Right in the middle of the centre, very clean and nice. Only the breakfast was very expensive at €18, so we took that outside. Albert Heijn supermarket very close to it, where you can get all the food you want.

The hotel throughout was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located well with easy access to local attractions. Only negative was no kettle in the room and the new headboards had a plug socket in them ours was very loose it did work just had tonuse with care. An extension cable ran under the bed but this didn't appear to work. Overall though happy and would stay again

the only issue is that the room 222 is located very close to the parking garage, any movement in the garage make the lights switch on. That causes an unpleasant experience in the room during the night
