The hotel and the room were really clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and spacious. The breakfast was good with many options and the perfect layout. The terrace so nice and relaxing. The hotel is well located close to the centre and Alhambra, with the car. I would definitely recommend it

This was our 2nd trip to Granada in 2026 and both times we stayed at this hotel. This time we where a party of 4 It's a great gem of a hotel - clean rooms, good food, great location and above all else the thing that makes this hotel , is the excellent staff who go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued guest. I've stayed in Ibis hotels before and Ibis Granada offers the no-nonsense comfort I expected. What struck me was the pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff.

Everything was fine apart from the aircon. It barely got cool and when asked for it to be fixed was advised it switches off at mid night until following mid day and they ant do anything about it. But it’s not to do with saving money. How on earth can you advertise the rooms as having aircon when you turn it off in the middle of the night! I wouldn’t have booked the room if I’d have known this. Absolutely ridiculous service. Won’t be staying at an Ibis again.
