Room was nice, like on the pictures. For me plastic bathroom was a little bit strange in this hotel, but it was not bad. People working in the hotel was polite and helpful. Kudos to the staff!

The stay was alright, the room is ok and there is nothing to complain there. I have done the online check-in but the check-in still took like 40 min before I could go into my room.

At the moment we always need a little bit more time for check-in, because we are obliged to check the vaccination status of every guest, even if you made the online check-in. We are very sorry, that one of our elevators was out of order on the day of your stay. It has been fixed the next day.
