All the personal were very friendly and ready to help. Big room with all the conditions and very clean. Good breakfast. Good location in a quiet area. Restaurant with good food with a fantastic view. You also can relax in the bar taking a drink before dinner.

Well-located, with good public transportation connections, but the reception service was mediocre with some of the staff not responding to our requests.

While I’m delighted you found our location convenient, I’m truly sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with the safe in your room. I’ve personally looked into the situation and can confirm that our Front Office team did attempt to contact our maintenance team each time you raised the issue. Unfortunately, we faced unexpected technical issues on their end, which delayed the resolution—definitely not the seamless service we aim to provide, and I completely understand how inconvenient this must have been for you and your family. I’m grateful to hear that one of our receptionists was finally able to step in and get things sorted quickly once the situation became clearer. That said, this isn’t the smooth, attentive service we strive for, and your comments have been shared with the team so we can ensure more prompt action in the future. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The only downside there was no door on the bathroom but as I was on my own this wasn't a big issue 😊

Great location for the Excel and O2 arena . Easy to get into central London direct on the Elizabeth line. Room was good. Breakfast was excellent and Audrie on the breakfast team was amazing . Very helpful, chatty and nothing was too much trouble.
