Overall the stay was good but this was part of a corporate booking where we have been overcharged. It has taken weeks to resolve and has still not been resolved.

We were at a business conference at the London excel, a great location with a few minutes walk. Hotel was clean and we dined in the restaurant which was delicious food and good value too.

Arrived very early from USA. Room was not available. Very kind staff member upgraded me to a suite. Lived like a king for 2 nights.
