Goood experience overall. Especially during breakfast when I met Sully, who was very helpful and professional. It is very good that even if the hotel doesn't have a gym, you are allow to use the Novotel gym that it's next door. The cleaning was not very good the second day.

Stayed while working at ExCel London Staff were great, especially Jiliana. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable The only negative was the TVs in our six rooms didn't work. Staff said they were aware of the situation and had been trying to get it fixed for some time

Disappointed, no TV signal in the room,they hadaproblem but it hadn't been sorted, very over priced for the size of the room .

Leaking toilet

First room had a leaking toilet, room was changed to another room on the same floor (5th Floor) and that toilet also leaked.

Beautiful hotel and fabulous location. The rooms are well equipped. There's a walk around the docks, lots of restaurants, and the chair lift across to the other side. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars service given by the restaurant team, specially by the manager, Izalia, top service, she took care of everything and made sure we were well served. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the restaurant
