Due to our daughter’s recent graduation at Leeds university we spent 2 nights here at the Ibis hotel 21/7/24 - 22/7/24 We found all the staff to be polite and friendly and the room was very clean. We found both the bed & pillows to very comfortable giving us a good nights sleep over the two nights. The bathroom was totally unexpected, we’ve never seen anything like this before but was very functional, clean and the shower was just brilliant. We also enjoyed drinks & snacks in the bar at night and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Being so close to where our daughter now lives we shall definitely stay here again. Thank you Ibis and your wonderful staff.

Loved being on 12th floor - could see for miles

Getting a refund is nearly impossible

I booked with the option of pay on arrival. They took my money without prior notice or permission nearly a month before my arrival. I was told the only way to get a refund was to cancel the booking. So I cancelled it. I have rang the call centre which is difficult go speak to someone. I was asked for a screenshot of proof of the money coming out. I had to photograph my screen as banking apps won't allow screenshot. I sent them proof. 5 days later I'm asked for proof again and still waiting for my money back.
