was good although room was too small and cleaners forgot to clean my room on two occasions which is quite annoying

Just a little problem on Sunday the 22 of Juny at 7.45 pm the sauna and hamman were not hot. I think the staff had them turned off while the end of the access is 9 pm !

we like to stay at the hotel as repeating customer.I have 2 comments for improvement 1)at 23.00 pm we wanted to drink coffee at the lobby bar but the staff closed the bar .After us some more customers has come and had the same answer .I think for a hotel lobby bar,it should be closed minimum at 24.00 pm. 23.00 pm is a bit early 2)the vending machines working structure should be changed.It should be working with immediate payment .Loading min 15 euros is not practical. why should I load such money to buy a drink for 3 euros.I can be staying for a night and has no time to spend 15 euros.I want to pay what I am buying with no time restriction and no deposit

I Stayed in the Novotel berlin for three nights. Below are the reasons for my rating: 1) There was no handwash in my room. 2) Internet was not connecting to my room. I complained in the reception and I was connected to a team who said it would be resolved in one hour. But even after 6 hours the issue was still there and I was unable to attend my most important meeting .
