Arrived from flight from the US, the receptionist asked if I had a long flight, which I did have, so she offered me early check in. By joining the loyalty program I was able to get the fee waved for the first visit. Hotel clean and quiet. The restaurant is basic for 24 hour services. Mostly bar appetizers ,salad etc but limited selection.

I was at the Novotel for two nights on a quick business trip from the US. The staff were gracious and helpful, the lobby beautiful, my room large, pleasingly decorated and comfortable, and my room came with a free buffet breakfast that had a variety of delicious fare. One minor nit: there are no irons in the room. There’s a centrally located ironing room. On the other hand, I liked the walking in and having the irons and boards set up and ready to go
