Ambiance de l’hôtel sympathique mais les chambres auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement : prises cassées, machine à café défectueuse comme lors de mon séjour en Mars 2026, fuite massive d’eau au niveau de la douche 🥴😩🥱. Absence de bouton de commande générale pour éteindre les lumières depuis le lit …….

Très bel accueil à notre arrivée, le personnel est très attentionné. L'hôtel est très confortable avec un très bon restaurant Scarlet et un bar offrant une très belle vue sur bangkok. Excellent petit-déjeuner, ainsi que l'afternoon tea et l'executive lounge. L'hôtel est bien situé dans Silom.
