Nous venions depuis l’ouverture de l’hôtel au moins 2 fois par an, tout était super!!! Nous n’étions pas revenus depuis le covid, les chambres sont un peu désuètes et on ne vous demande même plus dans quel élément, vous voulez être…. Pour le club signature, c’est très moyen aussi, comme le rooftop… Assez déçus nous irons dans un autre hôtel lors de notre prochain passage!

Regarding the room elements we have to offer, while our team strives to meet all of our guests' preferences, however due to high occupancy during your stay, the room options available were limited. As for the public taxi charges, these are determined by the drives themselves, which are beyond the hotel's control. To ensure a more seamless experience, our concierge team is always available to assist with our hotel limousine's transportation arrangements, with transparent pricing provided. For our hotel's aging conditions, we at SO/ Bangkok are very committed in enhancing them, where renovations of our public areas has been completed, as well as regular maintenances of our rooms being conducted. Once again, we will be sure to take your feedback constructively, and work on the improvements needed promptly, ensuring we deliver comfortable stays for our valued guests. Nous avons eu que des problèmes dans cet hotel. Chambre pas propre, cheveux, poils sur le sol ... Cloisons pas nettoyées avec des morceaux de scotch sur les murs ! La lumière qui s'allumait sans notre intervention pendant la nuit dans notre chambre. Le service technique n'a pas été en mesure de régler le problème pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits. Au VIP lounge une serveuse hollandaise a vraiment été odieuse et hautaine avec mon épouse qui a un peu de mal avec l'anglais. Point positif : le restaurant japonais soshi. Merci pour l'aide apportée par So Dome et Wanwisa Kra Tae Je suis Diamond, mais le GM Thai n'a pas daigné "sortir" de son bureau, bravo !!!

Retour au So Bangkok où je séjourne habituellement à Bangkok. Agréable et raffiné comme d’habitude. Lobby fermé pour travaux et surtout certains ascenseurs à l’arrêt, ce qui ralentit sensiblement l’accès aux étages
