Première expérience pour moi au Mercure Surawong, proche de tout , rooftop agréable , petit déjeuner de qualité, ambiance cosy des parties communes ( j’étais au 16 eme étage) le chambre organisée comme une suite parentale, balcon équipé avec vue , j’ai adoré et j’y reviendrai lors de mon prochain passage à Bangkok

Bon séjour , très bon accueil, personnels agréables. Configuration de la chambre pas appréciée avec le lavabo hors de la salle bain. Pdj très bien .

Séjour qui n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons notamment choisi cet établissement pour le rooftop. J’ai donc réservé un créneau au Starlight pour le début de soirée pour que nous puissions profiter des lieux. Or, on m’annonce que le bar est privatisé ce soir là ! À l’aide de mon mail de confirmation, et à force d’insister, nous avons finalement pu prendre un verre au starlight, mais le plaisir a été gâché par le contexte et il n’y avait pas d’ambiance. La moindre des choses est de prévenir les clients au préalable lorsqu’un des services majeur de l’hôtel n’est pas disponible. Nous sommes donc allés au rooftop du Pullman !
