Séjour du 7 décembre 2025 Note globale : 5/10 Chambre et installations correctes, propre, bon rapport qualité-prix. Un grand merci à la personne (une dame) qui disait systématiquement « bonjour » avec le sourire à chaque passage à la réception : elle sauve l’image de l’hôtel. En revanche : • Accueil à 6 h 00 très froid, sans sourire ni empathie malgré ma fidélité (plus de 10 séjours). • Au check-out : aucun merci, aucun au revoir, aucun sourire. L’impression générale est que l’équipe de réception manque cruellement de chaleur humaine et de professionnalisme, ce qui est très décevant pour un client régulier TUI qui recommande pourtant Accor toute l’année. Dommage, car cet hôtel pourrait être excellent avec un peu plus de sourire et de considération.

J'ai été constamment réveillé par les conversations des chambres voisines, du couloir ou les portes qui claquent. L'insonorisation de l'hotel (ou du moins du 2eme étage) est inexistante et c'est bien dommage pour un endroit où l'on cherche du repos.
