Entering the hotel, it is quite busy, with a Bar, entrance to a Burger restaurant, but has a "Buzz" and a good feel about it. Being an Accor Gold member (almost Platinum again), i checked in on the Exec floor at the lounge. Team here are very friendly happy, but the first room was not to my liking, Air Con loud etc. So i went back to Lounge team, and they gave me the upgrade to Exec Suite, end of building and in a corner, so plenty space, quiet roomy, and private. great views of the busy city below. The Exec lounge in the eve serves a few limited cocktails, and mixed spirits, and the staff there work hard, to make sure everyone was served and content. However it often is full, and needs extra space, even with an overflow room. Snacks and canapes are a little plain and not much selection, and little if anything vegetarian. Again asking the staff for a Vegetarian option with some suggestions, they provided a curry or stir fry, which was fresh, v tasty, and kind of them to arrange for me. Otherwise with fish and meats, there would be little for me to eat eve . Breakfast in lounge, fresh eggs but they turned out undercooked and i could not eat them. Limited buffet there. If you go down to the main breakfast room, i was absolutely stunned at the fresh selections available. fresh bakery, fruits, meats, fish, yoghurts, juices, Cereals, and eggs cooked to order along with piping hot "english style" foods. Many breads and so many pastries and muffins, and healthy drinks and foods. Also Chinese, Indian and Thai options. Even in 5 star Sofitel's, or Club Lounges within Accor Asia hotels, this was excellent in the offerings, quality and constant re-supplying of food so plenty there. You can have a card to ask how yr eggs are cooked, hand it in and it is brought to you. It was one of the best Breakfast hotels in Accor i have every seen in Asia. Equally, i did order some lunch or late dinner and snacks to the toom, Thai dishes, and was surprised at the Quantity (eg 10 spring rolls), and curries which were delicious. Plenty for vegetarian lovers, and wonderful to not see boring usual run of the mill foods, but plenty local foods, and very enjoyable. Again, exceptional choice and quality for room service, an aspect many hotels forget. For solo travellers, it is great to eat a good dinner in the room. the famous Burger bar with vegetarian Options, Pizza too, looked great, and attracted people from outside also. It was open 24 hrs a day! I think The Lounge area needs improving for the options available, with a Vegetarian section or options that can be ordered for Club guests. Thoughts of how to re-arrange the bar service are needed to keep up with demand, and a better choice of foods are needed. Not the same every day. Perhaps one hot dish, along with a Vegetarian thai Curry dish of a local thai food with rice or noodles, would prove popular? The hotel is centrally situated along Silom, busy but lots to see and cafes bars also. I really enjoyed the friendly staff team, nothing was too much trouble. They kindly let me have an extra late check out to take a late flight down to Sydney overnight. Thanks to them letting me have a good sleep before i left, i arrived in Sydney without jetlag. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is more casual than Sofitel's ,but equally great food, happy friendly staff, and very good value, with prices of rooms from £150 for 3 nights, to £300 on The Club levels. Much effort has gone into this thriving hotel, so my compliments to the Managers, and hard working staff teams. It is great to have a 24 hrs eatery there, and room service till around 10pm. The Accor Pullmans in Asia are more low key than Sofitels, and have a great balance for making you feel welcome, great service less formally, and make good choices. I have already booked my return, and highly recommend the hotel for a few days to a week stay. Thank you to all your hard working Teams for making the stay tailored to the needs of yr guests so well! This is clearly a good Management team, leading well, and creating a happy genuinely enjoyment of their work, which reflects in their service to your guests.

Had another amazing stay in this hotel. All the staff were lovely, polite and extremely helpful. We booked an executive floor room and enjoyed all the delicious food and lovely drinks in the lounge. Highly recommend this hotel, very well located and would not hesitate to stay here again.
