Overall it was a good experience. Compared to the age of the facility, its very well maintained. Also, the close proximity to MRT, Park Parade mall, food court, and i12 Katong is a big help. Also, the staff were prompt with every service request. But on the first day, there were some dirty areas in the washroom which was a big turnoff. The staff was prompt with the cleaning thought. We wrote our obaervations on a note, and they were addressed. The money exchange machine on the 4th floor was a rip-off, please change the vendor. In-room dining menu was too expensive. Also, unavailability of ceramic cutleries for room guests and asking for payment for cutleries that was one-time use was really an extreme budget hotel trait. But again the overall service from all personnel and the warm attitudes shown is commendable. Finally, a big thanks to you all for the nice cake to celebrate our Anniversary. Cheers!

Old building, bathroom shower , faucet are not cleaned hence water stinks /smells

The hotel is located next to Marine Parade MRT Station, Marine Parade Parkway Mall and a local market where you can find so many local food shops. Furthermore, the hotel is near East Coast beach. The hotel staff is super friendly and help us so much for check-in and check-out.
