Hotel reception fine. Warm welcome. Rooms noisy en outside hotel a lot of noise with drinkers, smokera. Lady of the restaurant extreme unfriendly and on purpose. 21.15 we asked at arrival if we could eat something her face got down and with unfriendly gestures and language she showed that she was not amused with this question. She could have said no. Just a simple no. She banged with doors et cetera. We were so intimidated. Ordered a burger( quick food) medium seems to be rare. Than D. has a movie of instagram on her mobile showing a Dutch guy doing something. She laughed stupidly and showed it to all other French guests but us, which again made us feel very uncomfortable. Since we boos two nights you can imagine no breakfast and no more lunch or dinner for us in her presence.

Perfect visit from start to finish. Great location. Secure carpark (no height restrictions) and very warm welcome. Bar was cosy and welcoming. We enjoyed a tasty meal with great wine. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable with a good selection of pillows - yes we are old we like a comfortable pillow!
