The hotel has an excellent location, next to the metro station, the convention center. Huge spaces for restaurants, bars and events. I really want to thank Louella for her help, without a doubt a very kind person who helped us a lot, I hope she has future chances in the network and can grow even more within the Accor network.

Its a hotel to get in the room when you are very tired. we gort 3 rooms all of them had leaking in the shower box. You finish the shower with more wather out then inside the box. My refrigerator took 3 days for change for malfunction. I have to thank Srivatsa that was the one who solved all these problens for us. Also the brakfast is outside the hotel. .half a mie far away.

Great Location but Old Furniture. The Location of the Hotel is so good. However, the Furniture, the rooms, and the outdoors need full renovation. Going for breakfast in the other Ibis Hotel was not comfortable. Also, the housekeeping was not as expected. I had to buy water in one of the night because the never respond to my request of bringing water to the room, as I did not find any in that night.

You can kiss the All Safe slogan good Bye when simple cleanliness and hygiene norms are not respected. Bath tub walls are not clean, old hair on it. the smell in room was not pleasant, i couldn't change because of Covid restrictions i am following. i did the online check-in as it was predicted to arrive very late to check in and i presumed finding my room keys ready, instead i had to make the check in again ! i booked a bed and breakfast, only to know the following day that their all-day dining is closed and i had to take a 5 minutes walk to a nearby Ibis premise to have my breakfast and that kept me hesitating since my PureHealth Covid test results wasn't out yet and i was not clear to move out of my location, so i couldn't have my breakfast the first day ( 2 nights stay) ! only the second morning when my test results tuned out negative i took the hassle to walk for my breakfast. they've could simply mentioned that breakfast is not available and not charge me for it. finally, the internet Wifi was sooooooo bad ( not acceptable for a business type hotel) and i was using the nearby convention hall ( world trade center) wifi free connection ( very low because of distance) to do my work while staying at the hotel. Very Bad experience especially that i had to be confined until my Airport covid results were out.

Room needs immediate cleaning and sanitation. No idea how the All Safe sticker has been provided to this hotel with such disgusting rugs and dirty walls. There is no way the rooms are being monitored for cleanliness (proof of pictures attached) Unbelievably unhygienic. Would not recommend. The rug under the bed was stained and very dirty (room 331). Hotel should be ashamed, if you’re not ready to reopen the hotel in pandemic, then don’t open it! Totally overpaid for my stay during NYE. Did not expect this compared to the standards I am used to with other Accor properties. Additional negative: - fridge in room not working as the electricity cable has issues with the outlet and could hear the static noise (switched it off to avoid an issue) - no parking on site. You have to park at the Ibis one central across the street and come walking (let’s not start about the parking at the other ibis, it’s a nightmare to park there. Absolutely no signs/directions where to park so you’re closer to the ibis one central elevators) - kettle was so dirty when I opened it like someone had literally boiled puke. Should have taken a picture before I gave to housekeeping who was similarly shocked by how disgusting it was inside. Immediately replaced it (she told me that Ibis had reopened the night or two nights ago and they didn’t have enough time to clean all the rooms; what are the chances you wanted to open the hotel in any way or form just to have a full booking during NYE?) really disappointed - asked room service only to replace coffee powder the next morning and change the mugs. Came back to find the same used mugs and the used coffee bags were still on the table with some new ones “thrown” on the side. I mean c’mon, I am almost certain you can do better even for a budget hotel. Budget doesn’t mean quality must be bad. Positive: - Great location in heart of dubai - Free parking at the other nicer-looking Ibis across the street - Free wifi
