The 2 Egyptian males who are on reception (I believe one was called Islam and the other is Hassan but I am not very sure about the names) are very helpful and both has exceeded my expectations and gone beyond the extra mile. One of them (Islam) has been helping us to get my daughter’s lost mobile from the taxi firm, even we have never got the mobile back but he tried his hardest. The other receptionist who is slightly more senior (I am not sure what is his name, may be Hassan but he is Egyptian from Cairo), helped me and my family getting 2 Taxis (as my family is big) from outside the hotel late at night after we checked out and he helped us in carrying the bags and putting them inside the Taxis. He wasn’t expecting any tips because I told him from the beginning while I am checking out that I want to book 2 taxis but they need to have card machine as I have no cash and he still was very helpful.

Dirty rooms, bad reception checking service trying to sell you higher rates with unprofessional behaviour. Mrs Juicy was very rude to me when I hv refused her offer to pay extra money to get 2 interconnected rooms. Since the first day I hv requested interconnected rooms for me and my family as I am travelling with my wife and two kids, the plan is the kids to be in separate room but wasn’t the case.

Dr. Barber had to arrive at 6ish in the am because we were kicked out of our offices. She met a nice Filipino lady at reception. She made her aware that there were no rooms and that she needed to wait. Dr. Barber asked her if she had a meeting room she could use for her daily meeting classes. She was told that it needed to be reserved first. Dr. Barber said ok. She got her things, sat in the lobby, asked for help with the wifi and was off to a chair to sit in. A few minutes later, Isabelle came over to see if she wanted water or coffee. The Filipino lady came back over to see if she wanted tea or coffee. The Filipino woman returned with a place for Dr. Barber to get her work down, but construction needed to be done in the room. So, Dr. Barber was taken to another room. This office belonged to an administrator. Dr. Barber was very happy for the privacy with her classes because we could hear everything that was going on at the hotel while she was in her online classes. Dr. Barber wasn't able to express her gratitude to the young ladies whose office she was in because we could hear everything. We want to thank her for her patience. We really appreciate it. The restaurant staff was awesome as well. Isabelle gave Dr. Barber a complimentary breakfast and the kitchen staff gave her a really good breakfast. It was the efforts of Isabelle that we'd like to highlight. She showed Dr. Barber three rooms until Dr. Barber felt comfortable. Dr. Barber received the room she wanted. This is the kind of service we are used to her having. The only thing that was missing was a fruit platter with chocolates. She always gets this from every accor hotel she's been at. Other than that, we are very grateful for how you took care of her. April is her birthday month, so we always want her to feel extra special. Her birthday is on the 11th of April. May God continue to bless everyone and their family during this pandemic. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

I have chosen this property to make my home for long term. Location Is amazing, beach, City Walk, Dubai Mall, Old Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed all are 5 to 10 mins by car. Staff Mr. Yesu, Mr. Owais and team ensures my room stays clean and sanitized. They offer alot of peace. Mr. Shafi, Mr. Ahmed, Ms. Fatima and team manages all requests well and also look after my guests and requirements well. Mr. Adnan and team offers the best deal and help me manage my finance well. Facilities Taxis are always outside Gym and Pool is amazing Noise quality is super, the floors and rooms are not too noisy Issues Restaurants are closed due to covid else it would have been the best hotel Best place to make it a home. Highly recommended. Best Wishes for everyone at the Ibis Styles

The hotel was so dirty. The room was worse than the common area in terms of dirt. There were 3 chairs in the room. One was wet! I think the previous guest took a shower and sat on the chair. The other two were full of stains. I ordered cups since there were only two disposable cups in the room. It took 45 minutes to receive. The noise was unbearable. Also the reception toom 35 minutes to check in only one guest. I waited 35 minutes for it.
