Great and exceptional service from Pragya as always.she always very hospitable and professional in her job she makes this hotel feels like a family to me .thanks also to Akshay who has also always been great every time .A very very big thank you to Gamal the duty manager who is always there to resolve any issues I face during my stay ,he is a great leader and knows how speak to a customer for him to forget about any issues faced during the stay .i ibis trade center is a great place and family to me .not forgetting Nicole and the Egyptian lady the duty manager sorry I missed her name thank you to you all.Love this place .

My friend who was traveling with me didn't allow him to come and play with me. He was stopped downstairs by the security guard because he was in the next hotel and didn't have his passport with him,I need to discuss the program issue with him, but I'm not allowed to enter my room
