I like the manner and resourcefulness of their staff . Besides, they in particularly Michelle Chan is a very staff …attentive, efficient not only helpful but also considerate. She is always willing to proactively solve customer’s problems and concerns at her best efforts . She is an invaluable asset of IBIS North Point.

ACCOR booking always had a bay payment experience as i had same when i checked in the hotel. They pre authorise "X" amount and then ask you to pay again in full when at the hotel. And, different ACCOR hotel has different practice. This leads to my card being charged while their machine read "failed" and i had to pay by cash and chase my credit card provider to do the refund for the pre authorised amount plus the newly charged full amount. It is VERY troublesome to book via ACCOR and wasted a lot of my holiday time........... Interior of building is old, greenish, look like hospital and felt sad. Rust in toilet metal pieces, stains in rooms with mold all visible. AND, very noisy with trucks, buses and other vehicles passing by non-stop even though i had asked for a quiet room. Lift waiting can be forever at anytime depending on the lift direction and there were only 2. Service at counter check in was fine. Friendly and nice from a young lady while the man advising her was more middle age and nonchalant.
