Super séjour. Tout le personnel était au top, à la réception à l'arrivée ou le matin au départ, également au bar. La chambre est très comfortable et très calme même e si elle donne sur un boulevard animé. Localisé en plein centre d'Aix la Chapelle, tout est accessible à pied très rapidement.

Les chambres sont confortables et propre, la salle du petit déjeuner fait un peu cantine. Mais ce que fait que je ne reviens plus c'est le fait que pour un séjour peu importe le nombres de nuits, la bouteille d'eau offerte n'est renouvelée. Sachant que je restais 4 nuits, quand j'ai demandé à avoir une nouvelle bouteille d'eau on m'a répondu que c'est une seule par séjour. Sachant que dans les hôtels équivalent autour le mini bar est renouvelé tous les jours gratuitement avec eau plate, eau gazeuse, jus d'orange, jus de fruit.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding our beverage concept. At our hotel, minibar drinks have never been fully complimentary. In the Executive category, five minibar items per day are included; any additional items are charged. Guests in other room categories are welcome to purchase drinks at our kiosk on the ground floor at any time. Regarding water: each guest receives one complimentary water bottle upon arrival. After that, guests are invited to refill their bottles at our water fountain on the ground floor, which is part of our sustainability project. We regret if this was not communicated clearly during your stay and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve transparency and guest experience.
