The entrance and front desk smells bad, like sewer. The rug is stained. The room is old , the bathroom is crammed. The toilet is uncomfortable. The bed has only one sheet. The front desk people are not helpful. The front desk tv promotional was nasty and borderline pornographic

Ibis Valle Monterrey will be remembered as a good hotel. Among the pros, it is well located, rooms are clean and serviced every day, included breakfast, reliable wi-fi and secure. The price was affordable compared with other hotels in the area despite my stay (business purposes) was during the soccer World Cup 2026. As observations more than cons, the room and the bathroom were very small and the hotel had no swimming pool but one can use the one of Novotel which was shared.

In general it was comfortable quiet, and good food. I think there are some things that would make the stay more enojable, for example no all lamps have a cl tact to charge your phone, so you have to do it in the bathroom or in the two contact window.

There was a prevailing smell of fruits in the lobby, the hotel was not in good shape,the keys to the room do not work half the time, the bathroom is extremely small, but the sataff is pretty nice

I stayed there for two weeks for Christmas and New Years, and had a pleasant stay! The location is in an awesome part of the city where it was convenient to have deliveries. The shopping centers in the area are beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

the card reader in the room door did not function correctly -!every time I had to go to the the reception to get the cards programmed ( it was not the cellphone or anything related, it just did not work)

The welcome from the staff was very uncomfortable, there where 3 people working and they didn't acknowledge us for a while even though we were at the counter. The bedsheets had hair and it seemed poorly cleaned. We were not given a floor towel. The details of the room had poor quality, like the lack of shelf space, the spare bed space with a cover, the small shower head.
