Fabulous hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpfull. Huge hotel, lots of floors but no issues with lifts they were very efficient. We were offered choice of two rooms, we chose the 31st floor for the views which were spectacular (lift to 30th floor then small flight of steps). Hotel rooms only very slightly tired, but exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great location. We went with 2 teenagers, 15min walk to base of eiffel tower, under 10min to nearest metro - easy to get around all sights in paris. Fantastic stay, wouldnt hesitate to come again.

disappointed with lack of amenities like, creamer for tea/ coffee, iron, bathroom supplies like body lotion, conditioner. Also does not provide complimentary toiletries that most hotels at this level do.

First, the room was subpar, called 3 times and did not do anything about it. Heater not working, outlets did not work, no bed covers, shower leaking all over and never fixed. At about 1 am they switched our room. Then at the Green restaurant I was having breakfast with my son and since it is a breakfast buffet I got up to get something and my son was kicked from the table. I got really mad and when they saw their mistake waiter tried to give us the table again but we left. Supposedly they reimbursed me the 1st night but I don’t see it yet in my statement. I expect a call From corporate.

Nice stay however we expected more from this hotel as pictured, breakfast wasn’t the best pancakes and waffles was served cold which the children wasn’t too impressed about. The room wasn’t very clean considering we booked for the better room however, the views from the room were nice. Great location, staff was very friendly and welcoming, close to lots of great attractions. Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower!!
