Everyone that works in the hotel makes such and effort to make everyone comfortable and feel looked after. I loved the hotels location and it was really clean and welcoming.

All and all, good - well received upon arrival by the reception and the dedicated staff for elite members (thanks Victor). We arrived mid morning and not only were lucky enough to have the room ready, but we got a highly appreciated upgrade. Quick breakfast was pleasant, not a huge selection but a quality one, maybe a bit more options on the live kitchen would have been good. Room was clean, everything working great and good selection of toiletries, even though it is not a new hotel is well taken care of. Very high standards on sustainability and encouragement to save resources, an improvement would be to add hangers to reuse towels across the room.

Our 5 night stay was overall went very well. Location great to Eiffel Tower, metro, and many great cafes. The only area that the hotel fell short on was the comfort of the sleep sofa . Traveled with my daughter and granddaughter so we had queen bed for them and I slept on pull out sofa . Extremely uncomfortable and squeaky when you moved at all . I did not receive one good sleep at all. May seem minor but not getting sleep ruins your day !!! Other than the sleep the room was good .
