Check in was laborious, took a long time. The lady at the bar was disinterested.

Firstly the hotel desperately needs an upgrade. The room & bedding smells like a dirty bar. On Tuesday morning , the guy working in the breakfast room put the croissant in the basket with his bare hands, not using gloves & utensils. I will never stay at this hotel again & will also recommend for it to be removed from my company's preferred list hotels.
Staff were really helpful when we were stuck at Stade De France

The hotel is fine and is what you would expect from an IBIS but this review is about how good the staff were. We attended the France v England rugby (lost) but there were no taxis available to get back - except for scalpers who wanted €95 for any journey no matter how short. We were stuck but phoned the hotel who arranged a reasonable taxi to pick us up at the Stade and bring us back.
Dear Customer, thank you for your very positive comments. very cordially
Worst Ibis ever stayed

Worst ibis that ever stayed! Rude staff, check in 1 hour, cause a group arrived and while he was attending me first, he just stop and was doing check in for a group of 30 persons! Our rooms were booked on Feb2019, I can't believe, they dont have enough time to prepare 4 rooms for us, but for the group, the cards for the rooms are ready and settled! Is this kind of service Ibis offer to clients? 1 hour to check in? Moreover, when I checked out is no problem, but my friends still stay 1 more night. Instead, ibis didn't know that have a booking for them, and just took their belongings to lobby! Problem found: ibis don't register their names for each room. All 4 rooms were under one name, except last day 7/7/2019, 2 rooms were under my friends name! Lack of profissionalism! Worst experience in Ibis & Mercure - Accord group - in Paris! Is only close to airport, nothing more. We need to take a bus 143 (2 stops) to go to closer metro sration. It is an industrial zone. We found only a Vietnamese restaurant Le Bamboo near the hotel! Food is good but a lil over price for the kind of food that offers. Not recommend this hotel!
Dear Customer, I am sorry that the delivery of the keys was a bit long but we had to satisfy at a busy time the preferences of all the guests that day. After checking your wait was not an hour but I understand that it seemed long. We had to remove the luggage on the day of departure because you did not give any instructions to the front desk and you had to leave the hotel initially for 12 am. Reservations made for the next day were not made with the same name, so the receptionist could not make the connection. Our establishment is ideally placed on the line rer and in direct line with the hypercentre of Paris (Chatelet les Halles). cordially
