Our room smelt of cigarette smoke and there was a lack of pillows. Breakfast wasn’t good value for money too.

We checked in and went to our room. We immediately informed the woman at the registration that the room was not clean (mainly the bathroom) and it was too noisy. The receptionist told us it is fine to cancel and get a refund. I have sent an email requesting the payment be credited back to my credit card. Thank you

location of Ibis is at easy reach to bus and train station.shops and restaurants very near.Good room service appreciated
