Everything was perfect, as Gold All members we were allowed to check in very early. Thanks to our status they gave us little surprises too (cakes and handwritten cards). Breakfast was also very good. Would recommend and stay again. After check out we could leave the luggage there for the rest of the day until late in the evening. Thank you for ALL.

As a Platinum member I travel a lot and this Mercure is always a perfect stay. The whole staff is super nice and friendly, rooms are great and restaurant is fantastic. The distance from the Old Town is reasonable, around 15 minutes walk. Two parking options are available, one is free of charge. Breakfast good with regional products. Mercure Lublin is the best choice and I will be there again

I was fortunate to be given an excellent set of rooms due to my 'Platinum' status. Having arrived late and with the prospect of an early departure, I was tempted to have a light meal in the restaurant. However, there was a large and noisy group in there that would have spoiled the experience. An separate, additional seating area would have encouraged me to stay.
