Late check-in, nice clean room, air conditioning, blackout curtains for sleeping, sparkling water in the hallway, delicious breakfast with a great selection of food and teas. The only caveat is that the neighboring room is very audible. I was lucky to have a quiet neighbor.

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the town centre, but there are bus and trolleybus routes nearby. The building is set well back from the busy major road, so it doesn't seem too noisy or busy. The train station is on the other side of town, and we got a Bolt to the hotel although there were plenty taxis lined up at the station. The check-in was swift and efficient. We were told that our room on the fifth floor had a lovely city view, but to be truthful we couldn't enjoy the view because the outsides of the windows were so dirty. Obviously cleaning the windows of a multi-storey building needs specialist workers, so I guess we were unlucky they hadn't attended recently. We ate breakfast in the hotel every day. There was a good selection of food in plentiful quantity, and the staff were very efficient. We had one evening meal in the hotel which was of high quality and well-presented. The decor was not as quirky as many Ibis Styles hotels, but everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed for 3 nights in Lublin and decided to book into the Family room which is spacious and great for my partner and myself. The hotel is also well located just opposite the Old Town, and there are various supermarkets around it as well. The buffet breakfast was a good spread, considering it is Ibis Styles and refills of the food was prompt too, and the service crew was also friendly and quick in their service. Overall, highly recommended and I would gladly go back to this hotel should I return to Lublin one day! :)
