Excellent service – the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. High cleanliness standards – rooms and common areas were very well maintained. Delicious food – a great selection of fresh and tasty meals. Comfort and convenience – the room was well-equipped and perfect for relaxation. Wonderful atmosphere – peaceful, welcoming, and ideal for unwinding. Great location – easy access to nearby attractions.

Great location and nice stay

This hotel in Lublin is very nice. It is close to all local amenities and yet, retains a sense of calm as it is located in a tranquil area of Lublin. The hotel staff are very welcoming and always try to make your stay as memorable as possible. A couple of downsides were the food in the restaurant - the quality of this is not very good and we had to ask the waiters for the chef to redo this on a couple of occasions as it sadly wasn’t up to standards, and the knock on the door by cleaners almost daily between 9 and 10.30am to check whether we wanted the room cleaned that day. I have never encountered such pressure in other hotels. As a result of the latter, we had to put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door every night before going to bed, which isn’t very customer friendly…
