On the top, a very convenient location, cozy and clean room, very tasty breakfast and a very good selection of dishes, wine tasting program for dinner and very delicious dishes in the restaurant. For the first time in Lublin, we spend wonderfull days in this hotel. We were nicely wellcomed by a very friendly and helpfull reception. Our Suite room on the 5th Floor was very comfortable and clean. Due to the hot weather during our stay, we were very happy to have our owen airconditioner which worked very efficient, silent and cooled our room excellent. The breakfast was very good. We can absolutely recommend this hotel.

A really recommendable Hotel in Lublin. Everything was fine from the beginning. The check-in process was fast and the personnel friendly and helpful. I had the standard room which was specious and with friendly colors. The bad was very comfortable and with a variety of pillows you can choose what ever you need. There was a Minibar fridge inside (without content) and a water heater with coffee or tea available. A fresh water dispenser was in every floor near the elevators. The window can be opened, but be aware you can hear the noise of the car on the main road next to the hotel. The bathroom was small in comparison to the room, but sufficient. To be honest I didn't watch TV, so I don't know the variety of the channels. I also didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant, so I can't judge about it. But I can highlight the bar and the bartender. A good variety of beverages and a very friendly service. Another plus point is the location. Just 15-20 minutes walking distance to the city and for quick needs there's a store open till 11 pm just around the corner. However there are some things I didn't like, but have no weight to influence the perfect judgement I give: the bar close already at 10 pm, the elevators are small and slow and if using the sink in the bathroom make sure you don't start the water at maximum otherwise you'll be totally wet 😁 So, in conclusion, my next stay in Lublin will be at the same hotel

My stay at Mercure Lublin Centrum was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who made me feel welcome. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh food, including local specialties, cheses, fresh fruit, pastries, and excellent coffee. It was the perfect way to start the day. The hotel's location was another big advantage. It was within walking distance of Lublin's charming Old Town, where I enjoyed exploring historic streets, beautiful architecture, and lively cafés. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. Overall, my stay at Mercure Lublin Centrum exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and a fantastic location made it a memorable visit. I would gladly stay there again.

I booked a double room for single occupancy, which was fine, though it may have been too cramped for double occupancy. A clean room with a good bed. The shower cabin really small (and I am not big}. I liked the location just next to the city centre and few steps from the conference centre. I did not take breakfast, but used a small convenience shop behind the corner, which was fine. I was grateful for the gym, but it is a small room in the basement, just enough for basic aerobics and few dumbbells, but too tight if two people appear. Very friendly personnel.

The Hotel Mercure in Lublin is a nice hotel with decent amenities. The building itself is quite dated, but it has been updated to feel more modern. It's also well-maintained, so the age of the building doesn't impact much. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was the same each day, but the selection was pretty big for a hotel breakfast. The only downsides are things the hotel can't really change. The hotel is located on a major street close to the center of the town. As a result, you can hear loud car and motorcycle noises in the evenings. However, the windows are pretty well sound insulated. Additionally, there were several large tour groups/conferences at the hotel during our stay, and some of the groups were disruptive. Again, the hotel staff did what they could to manage the noise, but it's ultimately out of their control. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a week in Lublin.

Greetings, as a Accord Diamond member, I find this hotel definitely worth staying, and if you choose closest city to Ukraine to stay, this hotel makes you visit Lublin to stay there among the benefits: - strongest possible Diamond member benefits recognition, very strong welcome drink, which is more valuable that in many Raffles/Fairmont/Banyan tree etc - Great welcome amenity - Free parking - Great upgrade - breakfast is nice, and even breakfast boxes are nice OF course they called me "pani" in welcome letter, but I can forgive it :)) good job, Mercure Lublin

Everything was perfect, as Gold All members we were allowed to check in very early. Thanks to our status they gave us little surprises too (cakes and handwritten cards). Breakfast was also very good. Would recommend and stay again. After check out we could leave the luggage there for the rest of the day until late in the evening. Thank you for ALL.
