I only stayed there for one night but I really enjoyed it. I didn't spend much time in the room as I was there for a concert but nonetheless it was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the AC worked really quickly, the bathroom was clean. We had a surprise waiting for us in the room and it honestly made us feel really special so I want to thank to the person who prepared the My Chemical Romance sparkle for us, it was incredible and my friend was over the moon. The only issue I had was the check-in process. I politely asked if it was possible for us to check-in at 1pm and the receptionist made me feel like I was bothering him. The whole experience felt condescending and we definitely did not feel welcome there at that moment. But we still enjoyed our stay :)

I came with my son, who was staying at the hotel alone when I was gone for book fair. I authorized 200 pln for him towards meals for the day and when he called the crew from room service ignored him. He speaks fluent english but very little polish. No one bothered to help him. That is unacceptable that he could nor order food.

We spent 10 nights at your hotel. Loved it all. The Winestone restaurant was wonderful for dining most evenings. The Maitre D' Zdzislaw was outstanding and always knew what we wanted. The Zurek soup and potato latkes were our favourites. Beata at front desk was amazing and very kind and patient. Breakfast was very good and staff there was also good.

everything was fine accept the check in. I paid in advance and also for early check in. the young man at the reception didn't read this and told me the room will be available at 15:00. after I show him the confirmation mail the room was suddenly ready. it was a bad experience after a flight. his name is rafel.

This was my 10th year at your hotel always nice staff wonderful location clean and above i feel like i am at home .
