Exceptional stay at Novotel Warsaw! Piotr delivered top-class service, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience. The staff were attentive, the ambiance was excellent, and every detail was handled with care. Rooms were comfortable, dining options were great, and the location is perfect for exploring Warsaw. Stayed for one night at the Novotel Warszawa Centrum in Warsaw, Poland. This was the second time in my life that I stayed at this hotel and I the previous time was back in 2006, so I was really looking forward to see all the refurbishments and improvements that had been made throughout the years since the last time I stayed here. First at check in they didn't honour the Accor ALL Live Limitless Priority Welcome line and did group check-ins in both lanes, so I had to wait quite a while, despite my status as an Accor ALL Gold member. Then they didn't gave me any welcome drink voucher either, and I had to ask for it. I was assigned a room on the 17th floor with a front view towards Śródmieście towards the Central Train Station and the skyscrapers, etc. and the view was spectacular, especially when it got a little bit darker and one were able to see the skyline light up was nice. The room was a double room with a queen bed. It was a totally different completely remodelled room compared to how the rooms used to be back when I was young. It had wall-to-wall-carpet with curly black and white stripes on, somewhat resembling the pattern of a zebra on the floor. The walls were without any wall paper or paint and just bare concrete and with spruce wooden panels on the wall above, beside and under the bed, and behind the TV, making an interesting futuristic design. The small working station desk was also made out of the same spruce wood material and there was a small plush working chair. No stationary, paper to write on or any pen provided in room. There was no mini-bar in the room, but an empty small refrigerator. On top of it instead of inside where it would have been cold were two small complimentary glass bottles of "Wysowianka Zdrój" brand mineral water, one with carbonated and one without. There was also a kettle and complimentary two pouches of instant coffee and tea bags along with sugar and a powdered cream substitute. There was a huge wall mounted "Phillips" brand flat screen TV that really had a very high number of different TV-channels. There was unfortunately no possibilities for any connectivity between your smartphone and the TV for any streaming or casting such as ChromeCast/AirPlay/MiraCast, etc,. The WiFi in the room was the standard Accor ALL portal WiFi and it was stable and as usual in most other Accor hotels. On a side-note, I noticed that when not connected to the WiFi, perhaps in due to the high altitude or the close proximity to the probably most connected cell phone towers in the whole of Poland, there was at times no signal at all or only one bar for my 5G iPhone as well as my 4G Android smartphone, which I found somewhat peculiar. The bathroom had wall mounted bottles of "Rituals..."-brand hand wash, shower gel and shampoo from the "Ritual of Karma"-series with Lotus flower and white tea scent. In conclusion the hotel is very well located and the rooms on the higher floors have amazing views and are in general really good, however the cleaning was unfortunately not at all very good, with lots of grease, dirt and stains and hairs on walls, counters, WC chair in bathroom + on the bed and floor in the room (please refer to my pictures) - this really unfortunately brought down the whole experience quite a lot.

My stay 17-23.11.24 in Novotel W-wa Centrum was OK, as in many previous cases. Hotel location with service quality above it’s standard qualification provides customers with an attractive combination. But, what entirely impressed me, is assistance and service provided (last and this year) by Mr. Jakub Kowalski, Reservation Manager. Mr. Kowalski simply takes as challenge reservation requirements submitted by the customer and handling it to his best knowledge. And, result is impressive, creating feeling that there is one who taking care of you… This is a unique case when I am giving my feet-back. My attitude is that it does not make any sense to give applauds for fulfilling duty for which one has been paid for. And my experience with Novotels covers my stays in France and Germany in cities located in different parts of these countries. The “Clerk” attitude of the staff is what, in the best case, you can get, and in comparison to them Novotel Centrum simply glows....
