Hotel that don't understand Accor memberships

Korean00 Business - TripAdvisor review

I stayed 6 nights as an Accor Platinum tier. There was a long line to check in, and staff did not upgrade my room, and there was no welcome food. The hotel staff was also unaware of my Accor Plus benefit of food discounts. I am a loyal customer with Accor Platinum tier, however, I did not receive any benefits.

The hotel location is really great. However, the staff at reception desk were at best okay. The basic introduction to hotel and its facilities was nonexistent that I had to ask about everything separately. Staff at the restaurant were nice.

Noisy, terrible wifi

Nightclub blasting out music across the street until 4am on Saturday night. Wifi is terrible. Can't connect my laptop in my room but it is fine in the lobby so clearly not the laptop. Very disappointing for such a supposedly upmarket establishment. Won't be staying there again.
