Perfect service, perfect room, breakfast, dinner and bar. Food and drinks were delicious. Spa and wellness also very nice - so relaxing. Bed are so comfortable, room very nice and clean. Definitely will came back and promote this hotel

Pros: Perfect location to all major sights, restaurants, cafes, public transport, park. Easy and early check-in – late check-out possibilities Very attentive staff, kind and always helpful Perfect breakfast with all kinds of variety of foods Comfortable and elegant shared spaces Fast and large elevators Comfy and stylish bedroom (excellent pillows, mattress, and quilt) and good room cleaning (everyday they renew complimentary 2 X bottle of water) Excellent Wi-Fi Cons: Some points of the hotel and room must be refurbished/replaced to address current needs and trends. Some parts really need renovation ASAP. A/C in the room seems not enough to cool the room, especially at night. My overall point is 9/10

Speak up and complain until you get what you paid for.

So we checked in and right off the bat they gave us a room with a king size bed. Booked for two double beds. Bell man apologized for the front desk mistake. The next room was two twin beds. We were just too exhausted to complain. The a/c was broken the lights half worked. I went to the front desk to inquire. Instead of changing rooms they just said that someone was going to look into it in the morning. The gentleman came and simply said that the parts had to be replaced and ordered. Again no room change no accommodations for inconvenience. The staff was very friendly especially in the dining area. And the gym. The lights in the hallway half of them worked. If you are going to call yourself a 5 star hotel live up to the standards of the reputation of the chain. Very disappointed but didn’t let it ruin our time in Warsaw

The check-in experience was not good at all at sofitel Warsaw . They were not patient and didn't bother to give me the benefits as gold member of Accor which was so different to other sofitel hotels especially sofitel in other Europe cities. However the bar at sofitel Warsaw was the only one I appreciate it. The bar manager Micheal and the team are more like like sofitel people which I encountered in the rest of world. Overall I give this sofitel a rate of 3.5 (but 5 to the bar)

Only comment I have is that to run hairdryer you need to go back to room and switch on lights at entrance door. This way you wake other person in the room. Not very practical. Good, good, good, will come again. will recommend to friends
