The hotel is in a great location and overall is beautiful. My bed had stained sheets and pillow cases and when I brought it up to the front desk i was kind of dismissed. So that was frustrating. However beds were comfortable and rooms and bathrooms were spacious not clean

All is great in this hotel. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Breakfast is served with plenty of choice and very nice personal. In my time Julia was in charge and she was just excellent. Every day room service during the day in the afternoon was also professional and nice. All together very good experience to stay in this hotel

Victoria Sofitel has been my hotel to stay in Warsaw for a long time. The quality of services, professionalism of staff and location are second to none in Warsaw. My only concern is the new Accor system with activating welcome drinks in the ALL app. It is cumbersome, each hotel has different procedures for that and in Victoria they have limited selection of drinks available. It is not the hotel fault but the new system is not customer friendly.

It was ok but not great. Ask for a coffee solution as listed in reservation been told it will provided but it did not. Also room was nice but felt old.

Overall a good stay. Thanks. In the breakfasts we had to wait to get coffee some time. In our room the wall material (the end of the bed) was clearly visibly worn. We wondered that a little bit, because it is five star hotel under consideration.
