This review is for breakfast at the restaurant. Kate was wonderful as our server today. Very pleasant and prompt! You can tell she likes helping her customers! Eggs, bacon and toast were good. The hotel is in a good location about 15 minutes to the heart of old town.

This hotel is hands down the best I’ve stayed in. I messaged ahead and told them I had planned to propose to my other half in the hotel room as she is very shy and wouldn’t enjoy it in public. Not only did they add special touches to the room I.e Champaign they had also upgraded my room for me to make the time spent away extra special. All the staff were lovely and this was a holiday and proposal i definitely won’t ever forget. Thank you so much. Warsaw was also a beautiful city. Such nice buildings lovely weather and great food. Thanks again :)

We stayed here for 4 nights and from start to finish our stay could not have been better. We were given a free room upgrade but did not realise it until we stepped into our suite with its separate lounge, bedroom, kitchenette and incredible spacious bathroom. Everything worked very well. Breakfasts were buffet style and the range of food was outstanding. The staff were extremely attentive. All the time we were at the hotel, the staff showed they actually cared rather than were going through the motions as in other hotels. The hotel is very near the old town with lots of restaurants nearby. It is very easy to get to and from the hotel on public transport. The 175 bus to/from the airport is only 5 minutes walk away and is a very easy and cost-effective means of getting to/from the airport. I can not praise the hotel highly enough. Very highly recommended and if I was ever in Warsaw again I would stay in this hotel without hesitation.
