All good from the welcome at the reception to the cleanliness and adding on the service at the bar. I was positively surprised that Mohamed could remember my name and greeted me upon arrival and upon leaving using it. He is very courteous and definitely a great asset to the property.

Very poor customer service. Renovation been done on the second floor whilst depriving access of the guest to his/her room!!! I have never seen this. My room has not been cleaned for one day!! Am I staying for free or paid guest? The noise of the refurbishment is unbearable.

Check in process was smooth. Staff were all friendly and polite and would go out of the way to help you. Decent breakfast included. Rooms however could do with a lick of paint as look a bit old now but can't go wrong with the price.

Nice and cost, very professional staff, namely Mr Jamal the Security Officer, the 2 young lady who cleaned my room Oumaima & Souhayla...but a small fridge would be nice in each rooms...

I made a booking to stay at the IBIS Meknes, checking in on 22 June 2019, check out 27 June. On 20 June, I asked per email if it would be possible to have a room for people with reduced mobility, but never received a reply. Upon reaching the hotel, I once again asked about this and was told that this was not possible as repairs were being made at the hotel. When I asked why this was not intimated in reply to my email, I received no response. However the get at the front desk said that I could have a room next to the elevator so that I would not have to drag my luggage too much. The first two days the airco did not work and the temperature in the room during first half of the day was almost 30 deg. C. End of the second day the cooling was restored but it required continuous adjustment of the thermostat to ensure that the temperature did not swing up and down too much. I had breakfast for the two days (1 person). However second day was incorrectly charged for two people and front desk agreed to correct it on Tuesday evening. I paid the bill on Wednesday evening in good faith only to discover that the correction had not been made. As I stayed a day extra than originally planned (night of 27th June) the gentleman at front desk said that the excess would be adjusted against payment for last day. On the last day however the lady at the front desk said it was not possible to make any adjustments but I could have a breakfast free of cost instead. I reminded her that I had already told her colleague on Tuesday that I would not be needing breakfast any more. After a lot on insisting she agreed to write down on my bill that a credit balance of 65 MAD is still open in my favor. As I have paid via credit card I request the amount to be credited to my accounts rather than having to wait until I get a chance to visit this hotel again.

I book by the official website but it’s not standing the hotel is in process for a renovation. So I come there and there is a renovation. Nice AccorHotels to update your own website to give guest information.

I was sick I asked one of my friends to get something for me his age 23 years they didn't allowed him to come in my room it was strange for me why ?! After hard time they allowed him to bring my things only for 30 minutes then they called me They threatened not to let anyone come with you It was disappointement for me I am members as well with Marriot group I was in marrkich stayed in Le Méridien N'Fis it was different they were great how to welcome the gust and How to treat their guests with a respectful respect

You were not suppose to charge my debit card for the stay at your hotel, I was suppose to pay at the hotel on the day of my arrival. I paid the hotel and then I find out that you have charged me on my debit card aswell. None of your help sites or support sites are working for me to complain and get my money back.
