-Showers not up to standards -A lot of mosquitos in room i got stinged more then 10 times during night - House keeper too noisy they speak too loud for long

I am a loyal customer to Accor group worldwide But this time I was shocked in this hotel rooms are super dirty even though it’s COVID and they should spend more attention de cleanliness swimming pool very dirty not enough towels for guests neither enough seats I will definitely not recommend anyone to stay there as it’s not same standards as before

I was planning to stay in the hotel for 3 days I couldn’t stay more than one day the hotel was horrible rooms super mega dirty service is below low pool was dirty not enough seats for everyone no towels overall I was shocked to have this kind of service in reputable group like Accor especially during COVID time I don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel it’s very dirty

I was transiting by Morocco. My next flight was from Fes but chose to stay in Meknes to discover the city a little bit. So it was a 24h-ish stay in the city. I got my room and the first thing that strikes me when i got in is the cruel lack of hygiene: - The toilet's bin was not emptied - Lot of hair loss from previous client i guess on the sink and shower This was not pleasant especially that the room (even if it was a double one) lacked enough soap and shampoo. I hope this is an isolated event.

A hotel specifically that belongs to the group Accor with not a working AC . And dirty stained yellow pillow . Is extremely bad. THE POINT IN CHECKINN TO IBIS IN MEKNAS WHEN THERE IS NO SOFITEL IS DUE TO STANDARD. This hotel has no standards

I don't know why the taxi doesn't stop near the hotel entrance the guest gets tired of carrying his bags until he reaches the reception Breakfast not worthy for 3 stars hotel Room ceiling is patchy and bathroom floor is worn out I am dissatisfied and disappointed I feel very sorry for ALL.Accor

Rooom smells cigarette, they couldn’t change my room. Room is outdated. No tv remote no fridge. No enough towels..... Breakfast is poor. Not a good experience over all

- No toilet paper the first day, had to ask for it - Spider nests in the room - Dust in the TV table - My stay was during a lockdown, so I wanted to have dinner at the hotel but nothing from the menu was present except some sandwitches.

All good from the welcome at the reception to the cleanliness and adding on the service at the bar. I was positively surprised that Mohamed could remember my name and greeted me upon arrival and upon leaving using it. He is very courteous and definitely a great asset to the property.

Very poor customer service. Renovation been done on the second floor whilst depriving access of the guest to his/her room!!! I have never seen this. My room has not been cleaned for one day!! Am I staying for free or paid guest? The noise of the refurbishment is unbearable.

Check in process was smooth. Staff were all friendly and polite and would go out of the way to help you. Decent breakfast included. Rooms however could do with a lick of paint as look a bit old now but can't go wrong with the price.
