I paid for an extra night as my flight landed at 7am and I did not want to wait for a room. I then sent an email to explain why I paid for an extra night. The lady finally understood. I arrived at the hotel to be told by a hostile receptionist that I had to pay a penalty for not checking in on the 2nd. Just awful experience. This is just a summary. What should have been a smooth check in took double the time because a receptionist doesn't understandv the concept of paying for an extra night. The reception stank of food. The breakfast: eggs were cold as were the sausages. The food generally could be better - very disappointing.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It was an amazing experience. The hotel's location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and room service is very good. The only thing is I can add to improve the hotel is that it would be nice a wide choice of vegetables in the morning, though breakfast was still nice! Thank you!

Fabulous City Break hotel, located approximately 7 minute walk from Metro Line B stop. Chosen after research for a City hotel a little removed from the noise of Rome! Would thoroughly recommend the Deluxe room with Jacuzzi and balcony. Good food - both breakfast and evening meal (only eat in hotel on one night due to torrential rain but very glad we did!)

Fun design, but small room, hard bed, no amenities

The hotel and room is beautifully designed. The rooms are really small, the bed is hard, and there's no amenities (not even a gym).
