We got a comfortable room with coffee machine and complimentary water bottle. Staff are pleasant but their English is so bad. Breakfast is okay but no warm scramble eggs or fried eggs like usual hotels. Their boiled eggs are cold and taste a bit different as well but the rest are fine. One problem we faced was dinner. My ankle was a bit sprained so we decided to eat at the hotel one night. We ordered salmon and burger. Both dishes came raw. It was not even medium rare. It was rare.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism in handling my goodwill request from October 4. Due to a cancelled connecting flight, I could not arrive at the hotel and immediately reached out to explain the situation. However, I never received any response to my message. A short acknowledgment or follow-up would have been appropriate and expected from a hotel of this reputation. I hope management will review this matter, as we regularly stay at this property when visiting Jerez and would like to continue doing so in the future — provided communication and customer care improve.
