Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism in handling my goodwill request from October 4. Due to a cancelled connecting flight, I could not arrive at the hotel and immediately reached out to explain the situation. However, I never received any response to my message. A short acknowledgment or follow-up would have been appropriate and expected from a hotel of this reputation. I hope management will review this matter, as we regularly stay at this property when visiting Jerez and would like to continue doing so in the future — provided communication and customer care improve.

Very comfortable and clean room. Good breakfasts and reasonable food served during rest of day. Helpful and friendly staff. Somewhat out of the centre but convenient for local services and bus route.
