Overall good trip. Unfortunately the room I was in did not have hot water in the shower for the 3 days I was there, but fortunately the weather was hot and I had a cold shower. But it should be looked at!

I had a stop over here as part of my travels and picked this hotel for the pool. The pool is a fantastic bonus although it was marred by some selfish guests leaving their towels on sunbeds all day. Because it’s a small pool there are limited sunbeds & this impacts on the enjoyment for others. Aside from this the staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was also great.

The room was very clean and quite airy. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The shower was a good size and had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. All the staff were extremely friendly. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and it was very enjoyable.

We had a great two-night stay at Ibis Jerez de la Frontera. We arrived by car, and parking was never a problem – there were always plenty of free spaces available. The hotel is an excellent base for exploring Jerez itself, as well as Tarifa, Cádiz, and Seville. The location is very convenient if you’re travelling around Andalusia by car. The rooms are simple but comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable, everything was very clean, and we slept very well. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the coffee was excellent. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run hotel with excellent service and great value for money.

I have arrived close to 23:00. The welcome was nice and check-in has been fast. The breakfast is good. I have eaten twice in the evening, good as usual. The check-out at 06:00 was fast. All the employees are nice and helpful. I can only recommend to come to this hotel Ibis in Jerez de la Frontera.

We got a comfortable room with coffee machine and complimentary water bottle. Staff are pleasant but their English is so bad. Breakfast is okay but no warm scramble eggs or fried eggs like usual hotels. Their boiled eggs are cold and taste a bit different as well but the rest are fine. One problem we faced was dinner. My ankle was a bit sprained so we decided to eat at the hotel one night. We ordered salmon and burger. Both dishes came raw. It was not even medium rare. It was rare.
