Dear Guest, Thank you for taking your time to send us a feedback after your stay. We are really sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us, we really put our best efforts in trying to guarantee the maximum satisfaction of our guests. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced after eating at our restaurant, we can assure you all our products are high quality and come from well known brands. Anyway we'll take into account your observations and comments about it in order to avoid any inconvenience in the future with other guests. As far as the hotel location is concerned, unfortunately there isn't much we can do about it, we try to help our guests in buying the train tickets that are available at the reception, well knowing the difficulty encountered in finding them at the station. We surely value our All members, we regret this time it didn't feel that way. We do ask you to accept our apologies and hope you'll give us another chance to demonstrate our service is always very attentive. We'll remain at your disposal for any further contact.
