We are pleased to hear that you found our location convenient, appreciated the ample parking, enjoyed the shower, and found our team friendly and the check-in and check-out process straightforward. However, we sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered with both the refrigerator and the hairdryer. The condition of the fridge in your initial room and the fact that it had not been properly checked and cleaned before your arrival is not the standard we aim to provide. We also regret that an immediate room change was not offered when you first reported the issue. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these matters are addressed and do not recur. We are also sorry to hear about the malfunctioning hairdryer, as well as your experience with the ALL.com booking process. Feedback such as yours is valuable in helping us identify areas where improvements can be made.
