Please accept our apologies regarding the condition of your rooms on arrival. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation, and it is disappointing to hear that both rooms were not properly serviced prior to your check-in. I also regret the inconvenience caused by the stained towels and the need for you to request replacements — this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. I am equally sorry for the service delays you encountered. While our team always strives to deliver attentive service, it is clear that on this occasion we fell short, and the level of staffing you experienced was not reflective of our usual operations. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after travelling. In regard to the charges discussed during your stay, I apologize for the lack of follow-up at the time. I can confirm that a refund has now been processed. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
