Weekend stay for a football tournament at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. Comfortable rooms and a good selection for breakfast. A clean and well maintained hotel with helpful staff.

The gentleman at the reception was noticeably rude, whereas the rest of the team was very friendly and professional. As our English is limited, he appeared to lose patience during our interaction. I believe his name started with the letter “A”. I understand that communication can sometimes be challenging, but I believe front desk employees should remain patient and courteous when assisting guests who do not speak English fluently.

My friend was locked in the bathroom cannot get out and take hours to fix almost midnight but no respond or compensate from the hotel just ask us to change the room but we already unpacked our things so difficult to change the room at that time
