Beds hard bathroom cleanliness poor

All good. One small inconvenience is that to go to the reception you need to climb some stairs.

Enjoyed a 5 night stay at the hotel, very convenient by metro/tram to the city centre. Friendly staff and a sized nice room. However, as a long-time user of Novotel/Accor hotels we had a major issue with the bed. It was by far the most uncomfortable we have experienced. Much too soft with little support.

Hotel is really well located, close to tram, bus stop, as well as bus to the Airport. Not to mention stadium, if you are up for a game. It will take you 30 min walking to the center thou. Breakfast is good, I did miss a bit more healthy options, more healthy bread and more vegetables. It is busy in the mornings. Staff is welcoming, thou you should not be in a hurry. I was missing a bit toiletries that you usually have in 4 star hotels. Only soap and basic shampoo, no lotion or any other products. No slippers, shower cap or so. Would recommend deep cleaning few time per year. Sofa and chairs in the restaurants would need a bit more cleaning, textile really have stains; otherwise more or less clean. Complimentary water in the room.

Staff is great and trying to help. Room a bit outdated but beds and shower are ok (toilet might need a revamp as it does not feel 4 stars). Unfortunately hotel is in the no pollution zone and its very hard to understand if and how a foreign tourist can get there. I would specify it on the website more clearly
