ibis budget Luebeck City Sued

The room was acceptable but the bathroom was horrible. The shower walls war dirty and stained and the smell in the bathroom was so bad that I constantly had to hold my breath or I would throw up. Also, if you arrive between midday and 3PM on the first day, there is no possibility to enter the hotel, not even to use the toilet or the restaurant. I was very disappointed.

Only reason we stayed was room rate with breakfast, only to be cancelled from the breakfast, a note saying “there is a bakery 5mins away” was not helpful. No instructions about options and no one to help. Overall very disappointing.

We called to book 5 rooms. Everything solved nu the phone. When we arrived, the lady at the reception was very disturbed by us. When I told her we need invoice, she was sighing. When we requested breakfast on the same invoice, she told us that we can't have breakfast. The next morning everyone was having breakfast there, except us.

the printout of the invoice received by e-mail contains negative layout sections and is wasting a lot of printing ink.

The only thing that is missing in the Ibis Budget hotel rooms, are a refrigerator. If that was the case, I probably always would book my hotel stays with you.
