Disaster! Booked and paid a room 3 months before arrival, arrived at midnight, reception closed, the machine ourside found our booking but did not let us in. Had to search for another hotel at midnight, found one, and it was +50 % more expensive. Went to ibis kext morning to explain what they had done and all they said was ”sorry”.

Hotel has everything what expected, location is also very good, quite close to city center which is accessible on foot. During our stay there was problem with towels, we had just one for 3 persons. When asked in the reception, we've received additional two. Breakfast is very simple, there wasn't any vegetables but within this price there is nothing to complain. Room was not cleaned enough, there is space for improvement in this area.

This property is located near the hospital and police station, so emergency sirens are constantly going off throughout the day and night. There is no individual air conditioning in the rooms. You will not be able to set the temperature, nor will you be able to turn on any type of cold air, even with outside temperatures over 30 degrees. However, the staff was great.

The airconditioning was not working, it was too warm in the rooms. Opening the window was no option, because of the traffic noise outside. We had two very small towels. The breakfast was good
