Good location and access to airport, including navette. Room needs updating. Safe didn't work. I call the desk and they said they would send someone, but no on ever came. Air conditioning didn't. Overall, the attractive outside and lobby not matched by the room/

It was nice, nevertheless My stay would have been better if I had received better treatment. The receptionist made a mistake during my check-in despite my digital registration and imposed a large additional tax on me. When I pointed out the mistake, she ignored me. Fortunately, I found another receptionist on a different day who listened to me and refunded the additional amount. However, the refund process was only completed on the day of check-out, taking a day and a half, and they only handed me the amount during check-out, which took more than half an hour. The receptionist blamed me for not coming down earlier to process the refund, despite her delay of a day and a half in the process.

This hotel is to be avoided unless you just don’t care where you stay. The rooms were last renovated about 20-30 years ago and it shows everywhere. Furniture is old and broken or stained or chipped (that’s why there is a cloth cover thrown over the small table in the room - to hide the wear and tear). The room is dark, temperature about 30c with no way to lower the heat. Window bolted shut so no you can’t open it for some fresh air. Bathroom sink has black mold all around and a huge crack inside of sink. Walls chipped…. I could go on and on. When I asked reception the next day if all rooms were the same the hesitant reply I received was, “the 8th floor rooms have been renovated but they are all sold out.” No surprise there. To add to the joy of my stay of the three elevators only one was working. Made for an interesting checkout experience. People were getting on to ride up for 9 floors rather than wait any longer only to be greeted by a full elevator. Sat down for breakfast and placed a full glass of juice and another a smoothie on the table. Got up to get eggs and staff had cleared the table. Later when I had dirty plates around me no one came by to collect. I strongly advise to give this hotel a miss u til they renovate the remaining g floors. This place is just dreadful!
