I stay 1 night in Algiers for documents regularistion I stay in Mercure hotel because is good situation same way from Constantine and near to airport. Hotel is good people in reception and the room is clean and good maintenance 2 restaurant and fitness and room service Compteur and printer in the reception all facilities No to long time for going to town center

The hotel needs a full re innovation.. everything is old .. and I had moskitos in my room at 8th floor (didn't open the windows at all )

I have had an excellent experience at the Mercure hotel in Algiers. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent and the rooms were very clean with comfortable bedding. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers as the location is very near by the airport with airport shuttle service.

Hotel has to be renewed. Rooms are very old and poor especially the bathroom. Sometime they didnt recognized my Gold status so no welcome drink and any upgrade. Staff on the reception is nice even the system to give the room is very slow even when checkout because credit card authorization taking more than 15 minutes

My stay was perfect. There was nothing missing from the hotel room. There was 2 bedrooms and 3 beds just the right amount for a family of 5. It was very clean and, in both washrooms there was always hot running water in the shower. They gave us free cold drinks, coffee,and tea. It was located in a very good area. It's very close to the airport and the mall. There is a bus every single hour, we were able to find a bus at 4am and, it drops you off right in front of the airport.

Hotel Is very old. No facilities near the bed to charge phone Security in entrance asking for tips for doing their jobs Not allowed to bring food for outside Laundry service very slow Very minimum choice in the breakfast Shower is horrible it’s look like you are staying in 2* hotel of 20years ago Price wise very expensive looking at the quality of service and shape of the rooms It’s shame to have hotel on this condition and charging this amount You need to invest and refurbish your hotel

Non-professional team, lazy. You ask for an Iron, She asks me for a deposit where I have already pay 100.000 DA for my stay. I'm a Gold member !!! I was in a Suite - You have to look at the room 1407 (Is it really a 5 Stars Hotel) - NOVOTEL reputation is downgrading here. Next time, I will look for a decent hotel.

Only positive aspect of the hotel is the friendly staff which was the only reason for my stays over the years. I decided on this trip not to stay anymore even with my Accorhotels Platinum level. I'll go with Mariott or Hyatt in the same area. The rooms are old, the food was bad, internet was slower than ever, even one day there wasn't any hot water. I stay approximately 70 days/year in Algeria and if some day Accorhotels decide to renew this hotel I may reconsider.

this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel and to be honest it would not be my first choice moving forward. I cannot fault the staff, they were all very helpful and couldn't do enough for you but as for the accommodation it was very dated and for the price you pay and what you get I would chose to stay there again. The wiring in the room was exposed and the electric trip went when I turn the bedside light out!! also I had to reach under the sink in order to get the sink plug to stay in place, décor was very dated but fortunately the bed was OK. for what you pay and what you get I would think twice about using this hotel

Room very old , bathroom unpleasant outdated , noy enough water pressure , i had to ask reception three times before they fix it partially . The Elevator is shaking and seems scary to take . The Lunch Buffet was very poor and not worth the price . The only good thing i remember is the dinner at Algerian restaurant .

The general aspect of my stay was acceptable. But, when you come back on your room and find that the TV is not working ( problem of internet?) and some of wall electrical plugs are deteriored and ... shouwer conbinet not possible to put it back ... Also, when you want to go to the fitness room or swiming pool (closed at 19h30) ... ! it could be little be an disappointing situation ....
