I am familiar with the hotel and I enjoy my stay there. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly and kind. However the the service and food quality at breakfast is not so good as before.

The check-in process took more than 30 minutes, and the receptionist was unprofessional and aggressive. The room’s AC was not working, the towels and pillows were dirty, smelled very bad, and one pillow had lipstick stains. Despite booking a room for two, all amenities were prepared for only one guest. Very disappointing experience.

The overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not comfortable, and the shower facilities were equally unsatisfactory. The standards did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, maintenance, or overall quality. What was particularly concerning was the pricing. The rates charged were comparable to a five-star property; however, the facilities and service levels were far below that benchmark. The breakfast offering was also underwhelming. There was very limited variety, with the spread consisting predominantly of different types of bread and very few other options. The lack of diversity and quality did not justify the tariff paid. Overall, the hotel does not offer value for money, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it.
