The entire stay at Sofitel Hamma Garden was really good. From the pick up from Algiers airport, to the very warm welcome received, every aspect of the stay was brilliant. The breakfast in the morning and food had at the different hotel restaurants was really good. I have never stayed in a more child friendly hotel, travelling with a 3 year old, every staff had a smile and a a playful banter for him. It was really great to see. The only downside during the stay was that the pools and sauna were under maintenance and not working, and that's one of the reasons the hotel was booked. Unfortunately we received no notice of these facilities not functioning prior to our arrival.

Water was too hot in the bathroom. There was no cold water but super hot water on the two taps. Plus, the 2nd day, the hunt made a lot of noise because of a water leak, which kept me awake.
