One of the worst rooms I ever stayed at in my life. Very old and badly in need of renovation from the bathroom to the closet to the electric sockets to the tables and even the bed all are in bad shape and worn down and amenities don’t even exist ! I gave this one point only for bed comfort

One of the guys at the desk charged me for an undue breakfast and he refused to change money. Other personnel is excellent

As usual I like the location with Hamma garden nearby. However this time I was given a room close to the elevator. I addition the bar with all the smoke is not enjoyable.

It was a good stay, Wheater was nice, however I had several days WIFI issues in my room including the intermittent signals on television. Complaint was raised to reception and with the help of Mr. Adel he moved me to another room, that was great. Lastly, I lost my eyeglasses from previous room and escalated to reception to check but unfortunately, nothing was found.
