Teacups were left unwashed and for some reason there was a third cup with tea left in, we know its a trivial thing and we washed the cups ourselves but it makes you wonder what other things have been missed.

Only stayed one night ,room not to the ibis standards that we have had in the past, room had a bad smell when we first entered don't think bathroom extractor was working , full length mirror in bedroom cracked, wall light not working.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, accommodation is showing signs of its age, hardly any water come out of the shower.

Room was basic but adequate and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A limited dinner menu, but still an alright experience.

Have stayed here several times, and as usual, enjoyed my time here. As a disabled guest, room 1 is ideal and has everything that is required. Staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much of a problem for them. Breakfast very enjoyable and also had Dinner which was the same. Only one problem, on 2 nights a lot of dogs on premises due to dog show in area?, had a disturbed sleep. Looking forward to my next visit.

Incredibly hard bed, tired rooms, OK for price

The bed was incredibly hard (and I have a hard mattress at home) and stay in a lot of hotels. It felt like the mattress topper was on top of a plank of wood. I ended up folding my duvet in half and laying on one half with the other folded over me, like a sleeping bag. Room was tired, particularly the stained carpet, but for the price I can understand it's a budget hotel, but a new carpet would really help and plug sockets nearer the bed. But the bed was awful. Breakfast was good

I am surprised that you found the beds uncomfortable, the "Sweet Bed" which can be found in all Ibis Hotels, is usually raved about for its comfort, I do however fully appreciate that beds and bedding is subject to personal preference. I agree that some of the carpets are in need of replacing, they are cleaned regularly by a professional company but some are beyond repair, we have made our head office aware and hope to have some changed next year. Arrived late for a one night stopover. It was a cold night and the heating had been turned off in our room, so it had still not warmed up before we went to bed. Housekeeping had not left any towels, so we had to seek them from reception.

I'm sorry that your room wasn't warm when you entered it, most of the heaters only activate when the key card is inserted into the wall, usually the heaters do warm up pretty quickly, so I will ask maintenance to check its working as it should be. I will be sure to speak to the housekeeping manager in regards to why no towels were left, this is not up to our usual high standards. Stay before as close to hospital but had problems yet again with bar closer early again. When told it was open till 2.00 pm. This time close at 11pm . They had an instant with other gusts being sent away by police due to being drunk but know need to spoil it for other gust. Even trouble trying get packet of crisps. When leaving next day try speck to manger about it but couldn't. Told to comply to customer service. Not happy.
