Cannot fault the staff who were really friendly and helpful. The room I had booked was in need of a full refurb, the carpet was a disgrace, it must have been down for years, badly stained and worn out. The paintwork is ready for a overall, and the window was running in condensation by the morning time. Simply not the standard from yourself we have been used to.

We stayed on our way to a holiday much further on from home. The room was clean, with basic facilities that were perfectly OK. Having the Phantom Winger next door was convenient to walk across for an evening meal.

Poorly maintained.Unappealing

Room 6 had carpet stains full width of the room, curtains hanging unattached in places which allowed car park light in round the edges. The washbasin plug did not seal completely, the toilet flush handle was loose and the shower direction could not be fixed.
