Staff were as always welcoming and helpful and the foyer was clean and spacious. Our room was clean but very cold the very small heater in the room did eventually warm it up for a while but it struggled. The bed is not the comfiest I’ve slept on but was satisfactory. Breakfast was good and highly recommendable and overall the stay was not bad at all.

Staff welcoming and explanatory. Hotel basic but reflected in the price. Bed comfy, shower hot. No bells or whistles however was only looking for a budget hotel local to Lincoln. Room was for the majority clean. As expected there are various stains, marks on walls, curtains and carpets. Breakfast options were decent and of quality for the price.
