The room was OK. It looked as if the carpet had recently been replaced - likewise in the corridor outside. But the rest of the communal areas including the single lift were shabby. I am guessing a refurb is part way through? A mains outlet in my room was hanging off (held by one loose screw) but the lady on reception was very reactive and ensured the room was not to be used until fixed. On arrival whilst polite and friendly the receptionist did not explain any of the hotel features like bar and restaurant times etc as you might expect. Just checked me in and pointed out the lift. Also no recognition of my Accor member status.

Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, dog friendly, plenary of parking. Everything you need for a stopover and very reasonable prices. Thankyou.

Overall good experience with check in, bed comfortable and room clean. Not so happy for having a drink and food with my dog. 2 tables for 2 people in a corner wasn’t very good. In Ibis France no issue with my dog in the bar area
