The check in was fine. I had to made an alteration to the booking and the person at the end of the phone was really helpful. Check in personnel was polite and and welcoming. Staffs in general are great, no fault there. I had three night stays. I stayed on the ground floor which was ok. Although, it has a smell of rot. The bathroom door was repaired with a wood pattern sticker with the skirt of the door rotting. Not sure if the extractor in the bath room is working. Second day, I forgot to put on a sign and my room were made up. The second day, I thought I put the sign to make up my room and nothing happened. Third day, I just put the sign of not making up my room and nothing happened again. So not sure what the door sign is for. On the third day, I was working in the room in the morning and the fire alarm went off for testing, bad luck. Breakfast is the usual fried breakfast, no complain there. Coffee taste a bit burnt.

Overall pretty good. Room clean but looked tired.......scuff marks, mould in the shower, carpets stained. Fan in bathroom wouldn't stop all night and quite annoying. Staff were good and breakfast OK. Why not do fresh porridge though?
