Two-night stay in Ibis Bradford Shipley. Bedroom is okish, basic but ok. Breakfast, I skipped because not ok. Still waiting to receive my invoice they told me I would receive by email. Requested it thru the All App and also waiting for it. Reception is basic. Seems like we bother them. I'm silver member and didn't get my Welcome Drink Vouch. Had to request for it. Digital Voucher does not work... If you look for a bed, that's fine. More than that, go somewhere else.
