Nice and clean room, good breakfast, well located, everything was good, just experienced a little trouble with the heating system, the room was a bit cold, but everything else was good.

This is the second time we have stayed in this Ibis and as usual the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained we will definitely stay again

The “accessible” room was not suitable for my disability.I had to suffer the indignity of phoning through to my daughter & friend to come & assist me on & off toilet each time I needed to go.This included during the night as well.There were not suitable handrails fitted in the bathroom to help me get on & off toilet independently.This of course spoiled our stay.The staff were helpful & sympathetic & checked next door with your sister hotel which also did not have handrails at the toilet.
