Very welcoming staff, given a different room early as ours wasn’t ready yet which was great as we had travelled over 126 miles and my two young kids really needed a break from moving around. The room was spacious, clean and felt like somewhere you could sit and write a book in, I know that won’t make sense to some but that’s the vibe it gave me. We didn’t try the food or room service but the menu was so incredibly varied and sounded delicious, if we ever stay again then we would definitely have dinner in our room. They even have toys in the lobby so if you want to sit and have a coffee or a quiet drink while the kids play them that’s an option. The location is perfect if you plan to shop/eat/hit the town without having to walk for long periods of time. Great for kids little legs. Over all would definitely chose to stay again.

Spacious room but felt unsafe

Room was spacious and in good condition. Location good. We stayed in room 322 and had someone trying our door handle multiple times throughout the night. It was under a CCTV camera too which didn’t seem to deter them. We were two young women and felt unsafe so wouldn’t stay again.
